If you're unhappy with endgame content/speed atm then stop playing.
I myself don't stop at lvl50, I've farmed my Darlight set and am now doing my Relic weapon quest, while also farming my af2 and after that I'll do a second job to lvl50 farm af2 on it too.

While I'm doing that I'm also lving my craft and gathering.

I'm far from done, so yeah there is allot to do.
Those who ding lvl50 and cry because it was too fast can go play slower leveling games imo.

CASUAL questing you can be max level in a week .

It makes me really annoyed because I level slow and I play casually and people are talking like they're just "derpderping" through levels but if you do some simple calculations you realize it's wrong.

I took time, I skipped all quest text and rushed directly towards each location. At level 38 it took me 12 minutes to take 1/4 of my level. So rushing as fast as I can with quests, that would be 48 minutes for 1 level. So I were to play casually for 3 hours a day for one week there is no way I'd end up level 1-50. And still, this is rushed. Not taking into account chatting, looking up the map, the 5 hours you'd have at least have to spend in story dungeons, reading quests/story.

Claim that you can "casually" achieve your first job to 50 in a week and you manage to upset me unlike anything else on a mmorpg forum.

I admit that I rushed my first class to 50. I played nonstop for several days sleeping till very late and getting early in the morning to play before work. Yet I watched all the cutscenes, read all the text from every quest. Did some fates but not to many, I mostly did dungeons because I wanted to get all the gear from each dungeon. two weeks in the game I was lvl 50 (even counting days I couldn't play).

Would I do it again? totally. Am I bored? hell no! I still need to get garuda/titan hms and need 3 more pieces of darklight.

I have been slacking though, I haven't ran a CM or amdapor in about a week. I have to keep on gearing up

Wrong, Gathering does not have a HQ leve return in. Also Gathering is the slowest class to level in the game atm

OP has one level 50 class. and a few classes under 30 which blacksmith at level 28 as the highest after Gladiator. So I think the OP hasn't experienced enough of the game to even argue this topic.

Well here's something for you.

The first version of this game failed hard. This is basically a reboot. Would you seriously include a 500 hours worth of content into a game reboot knowing how bad the first version did?

This was the trial basically. Square was unsure if the game would prosper or fail, so they were cautious. No big deal honestly. 2.1 hits next month, 2.2 not to long after that, and then 2.3. The fact that the game hasn't gone down the crapper is a good sign, so expect stuff in each update. Who knows, the first real expansion may hit sooner then we think.

Wait, I can't argue a topic that people have posted dozens of guides on how to hit 1-50 in a matter of a day or 2 for tradecraft leves? Just google it. It's there. Doesn't mean the point isn't valid.

Let's not forget that I do have every right to discuss the content that I have done. Such as...1-50? It was quick. Too quick. There was no rushing involved. I even took my time. I'm a very casual player.

Some people play faster, do things faster, etc. Some people can navigate menus, read maps, multi-task and it makes others look slow at what they are doing. This doesn't make them rushers.

I guess it's fine to rush if you want to, but if you want to start raiding you will have to wait for people to become capped and gear up.
Also, WoW takes about 4-5 days to go from level 1 to 90(cap). I am glad that this game is a slower pace (but not terribly slow) and more of a challenge.

The story quests have a pathetic amount of fetch quests, sometimes like 10 in a row, thats just running and teleporting. A gold dump.

Braindead, and quests have no variety. The leveling content is just bad.
