Can the white knights PLEASE stop telling people to "stop rushing" when even with CASUAL questing you can be max level in a week? This game has one of the easiest(note: shortest) rides to max level that I've played in a long time, and that's even if you DON'T do FATEs.
-With your first job you can be 50 in a week, maybe 2, of main story/side quests, a couple leves, and a few FATEs on the way. Hell, 49-50 took me less than 1 hour and a half. That's pathetic. I didn't even do a SINGLE FATE from 49-50. And I NEVER Fate grinded ONE time(I did them if I was in the area while questing, and ONLY then)
-With your second jobs you can be 50 in a quicker amount of time by just FATE grinding(which is one of the only ways to level your alts, I won't get into details about how low of a reward the other options for leveling are, and how tedious they are). FATE's are tedious and boring, so many people don't want to level an alt.
-Gathering and crafting can be leveled very fast too. Just do leves and HQ turn-ins.
The amount of classes you can level in this game and the amount of time to actually level them all is extremely quick.
People have complaints with the end-game, not because they rushed, but because the endgame is a horrible grind and the ride to max level is incredibly short. They have every right to be upset for this very reason. Maybe if 1-50 actually took some kind of effort, people wouldn't be upset with the endgame.
For you to NOT be considered rushing, you'd have to just not play the game. Period.
The rushing argument is not valid anymore. Please stop using it.
