    I played 1.0 from release. Still remember my lvl 1 THM charging out into Thanalan to do battle with the dread Marmots along with rest of the mob. I'm pretty sure that the Market Wards were there from day one. They weren't really *usable*, but they were there. The earliest patch notes I can find are from two months after release, and they mention that the Market Wards are being *revised*.
