It's been reported countless times, however loads of things are being reported. Like RMT spammers, teleport hackers and mining bots. And all of them are still around. Reporting doesn't do a damn thing in this game. No sense in reporting, it goes to the waste basket.

Advertise your stuff here, Post a thread with names of gold spammers, teleport hackers, and all bots and cheaters. Get a massive thread going. Being persistent is the only way to get this problem fixed.
