I'm in love with my various cross-class abilities too. Especially Careful Synthesis II! Better than a regular one and no failure rate! Then again, I'm regularly screwed over by not getting HQ results out of 90+% Quality bars, so you can probably understand my hatred for anything less than 100%. ><
