Hello Moogle! Suffragium is now recruiting.

-Introduction-

Suffragium is a Semi-hc FC This means that we have to make the most out of our limited raiding time due to RL commitments. During the raids members of our raiding team need to be focused, prepared & most of all able to follow the guild rules.

-Suffragium Goals-
We strive to become one of the best guilds on Moogle & work towards beeing among the top 10 FC's on all content available.
Our future plans are to convert into a 24 man raiding group once SE implement it.

-Expect & to be expected-

What you can expect in Suffragium:
- A friendly & funny atmosphere.
- Quality raiding instead of quantity raiding. Limited raiding days, but of high quality.
- Transparency in leadership. We believe our raiders deserve to know what decisions are being made and for what reason.
- Determination & helpfull members.

What we expect from you:
- You're skilled at your job.
- You speak and understand English.
- You can commit to our raiding days and hours.
- You follow guild rules.
- You're not a drama whore or seek it for that matter.
- You respect your fellow members no matter where they from.

- Raid Hours -

Our raid hours depend on wich group you will be placed in "will get back to that".
Most of our raids start:
19:45-23:00 GMT+1 - Raid starts at 20:00, Invites go out 19:45.

- Raid Hours 2 & how to manage 24 man raid when it's not implemented yet -

We sat down and discussed how we could get around this, and came up with a solution.

We dividet the guild into groups.
1 HC group
3 Semi-HC groups

HC Group: Players with alot of time, skilled at there jobs & highly focused on clearing the content fast.

Semi-HC groups: got same goal but are organized for people with less play time, where raid hours & raid days are steady.

- What we are trying to achieve by this -

Obviously we hope all groups progress fast & more or less at same pace, and rotations will occur to balance all groups equally.
Main idea behind haveing 1 group with HC players is to help out where it's needed in the semi groups, guideing and leading so no one falls behind, as our main goal is for evryone to be well prepared once 24 man raiding starts.
That said, there is no elitetisim, or anyone in any group seeing themself above any other member in the guild, as it will not be tolerated, we are all equal, and wish for the same.

Diffrent groups might have diffrent raid hours & raid days, to suit evryones RL schedule.
This means potentially you could raid 7 days a week if that is what you wanted, as we will be haveing raids going on pretty much evryday.

- What if i want to join another group? or play in the HC group -

Nothing is stopping you from switching group, or play in the HC group, we evalute all members frequently and make decisions based on the information we get from our Officers/Classleaders.
There could be meny reasons you struggle in 1 group, raid times, you dont connect as good with some people in your group as another, maybe the HC group fits you better cause you have a bunch of time to play, as said we will do our best to balance all this out and for what ever the reason could be we will sort it out.

We also use Teamspeak, as TS where kind enough to give us a 512 slot license, so you will have full benefits of abuseing this for yourself & your friends, random pug parties or w/e it might be.

Keep in mind we are not one of these FC that mass invite 100 people, we like to keep it small with a decent amount of players where evryone knows eachother.

Suffragium is again looking for members! Coil turn 5 ready gear is needed.

To make sure we are able to raid 4 days a week with multiple groups we need some extra members. All classes are needed to eventually set up 3 raid groups again.
