Bug in game when buying Allagan DoW item Thavarian Mist

Been working for three weeks on an item that I tried to buy today, 3 thavarian mist, as you click on one and buy the first one, you click to buy the next one and the GAME BUGS out and buys you an item from the armor slot. Take note that this only happens in that one tab of that NPC at times if you try to buy one and it feels like it is lagging then do not buy it, the Page will remain on the same item which is Tharavarian Mist but when you look in your inventory you will see that its a PLD helmet or another item from the Allagan Mythology tome dealer.

Makes no sense how this happens and I'm not going to sit here and farm 3 more weeks to get a monk +1 weapon I should of gotten this week because an NPC decides to bug out. I'd would please like an answer to this as to it's happened to friends of mines as well. It makes me completely angry that this issue hasn't been solved yet and that it is a bug that happens to some players and they've gotten no justice for it
