What he said happened what on the lodestone database website said he was lv50 Carp but he stopped at 1.0 as lv23 and he said Market Board also said it synced him to lv50 carp to search for items. So he tested to see what happen when he equipped a lv50 tool. Guess what he level up a bunch of levels and was lv50 carp.

This sounds reasonable (as an explanation!), but if it were the case here, there wouldn't be the "On The Payroll" achievements being earned too. There must be repeated and automated hand-ins of guildleves without the requirement for items or the leve itself (ie a big bastard bug), presumably to Maisenta considering the location.

Maybe it's only something that can be done on CRP too, considering his levels.

That's different. I had a char from 1.0 too. You are leveled directly to whichever level you were in 1.0, and you got all subsquent achievements. It doesn't level you 1 by 1 until you hit 50. It takes you directly to 50 and gives you the achievements on the way.

FYI: If you have all the HQ turn-ins for the leves already on-hand, this is possible and can be done legit. Maybe not in one minute, but in about 10-15... The only thing limiting you would be running from the Levemete NPC to the turn-in NPC, and MAYBE your inventory would be full. but you could also stash some in armoury.

Just sayin, although this definitely looks suspicious.

The screenshot clearly shows it done in 1 minute, but here you are, telling everyone how it "this is possible/legit... but maybe in about 10-15". I'll also add, it would even be impossible in 10-15 even if you had all the HQ mats ready to go.

In other words, your post is pointless, and I'm pretty sure you only posted so you could show everyone how much you lift, which is hilariously sad.

On your first useless point - yes, 20 to 50 can be done in 15 minutes. Lodestone me, check my FC, PM me, whatever, we have a linkshell mate who maxed 50 DoH across the board in a matter of days. If you have friends, who have the HQ turn-ins, and you have quite a bit yourself already, 1-50 is do-able in an hour.

Second - I don't trust any screenshots. That is NOT proof to me, whatsoever. The only thing it proves to me is that the OP sat next to the turn-in NPC for an indefinite amount of time.

.... You DO realize that the Levemete officer in Ul'dah can give you leves you turn in to Roarich (the NPC right there in Ul'dah) for leves of level, 5, 10 ..... right on up until 45, right?

In other words, you wasted a crapload of time/money teleporting to coerthas for NOTHING.

Have friends, much? Now that all of our FC crafting is centralized, we have one person who can do all of our melds, help us with HQs while we level specific crafts we want to level, etc... Just because other FC's act like strangers to each other doesn't mean they all do.

1-50 is do-able in an hour.

I have to highly disagree bro, on my weaver i paid a crafter to get me all the hq materials i'd need to get 40-50 alone and just teleporting to uldah to get the quest, teleporting to dragon(the snow level) and then hoping on my chocobo to run over to where i turn the quest in took me about an hour just for 40-45. Going from 1-50 on a weaver even if you had all hq items in hand would be impossible in a minute, impossible in an hour.
