Auto Targeting, What happen to it?

What ever happen to the Auto target they had in the game?

It was great if you were attacked by 2 or more mobs it would go to the 2nd mob after you killed the first one. Not sure why they took it out of the game. I liked it, it helped when you were in a big party. Auto target was great, bring it back.

I dont remember that in this game at all. I remember being frustrated that there was no auto target seeing as how helpful it was in XI.

It was literally in the game for 1 day, just like the permanent retainer thing they had in not to long ago. Must have caused memory leaks and they're probably fixing it.

Plus it was really glitchy.

It was really gimmicky and was removed a day or two after. I'd imagine it would come back with the battle system overhaul.

Cant remember but was Auto Target a Tanaka or early Yoshi-P addition? I'm fairly certain that was before the regime change.

Yes - it was before the regime change. I think we had it for some time between late Nov & mid-Dec patches or somewhere around there.

Ahh.. So theres a chance that it might have fallen off the radar. Hopefully we get a dev/most post saying that it'll be back.
