By crafting you mean anything < vanya right? Because that is some of the best gear in the game besides af2 when you meld itWell done on making assumptions. Any players, legacy or not, have the potential to be Toxic.
From my perspective, its people playing the classes with the shortest queues that are the worst - I've had healers running CM in crafting gear or even no gear at all and afking on bosses to let me solo heal them and tanks that just sit at the entrance and afk, but that's just my experiences.
And to prove a point, I am legacy but if someone is new to CM when I'm running on DF then I have no problems with them watching the CS. Hell, I've even talked new healers through that place when its their first time.
TL;DR Stop making assumptions about Legacy players.

This is ridiculous. There was never, that I saw, such a toxic elitist endgame environment in 1.0. Legacy players - those who stuck it out - are generally more forgiving and understanding and are in it for the long haul not for short/fast rewards (otherwise, why would you have even played 1.0 for that long lol)
I agree on this part. Blame the game, not the player.
Why in the hell they put a storyline compulsory quest into a repeatable dungeon AND force you to do it in a group?
There are many way to do it, one is to add an easy mode, solo dungeon for first timer (no reward) then the player can repeat it again in Duty finder.
Some might be feeling generous to wait for others but not everyone has so much "disposable" time. Yeah, if it happen once or twice, i can let it go but every time you have to spend few min on cut screen?

Not having much time is all the more reason to not try and do Duty finder runs or maybe not even run at all if you don't have a static group to go with.
I'll agree that it is a design flaw to only have a single event to obtain necesarry gear from which also happens to be a compulsary storyline element.
But in the end it is you that feels the need to get things done fast and it is you that decides to stress yourself.
In the end you are not just ruining your own evening, but also that of your fellow players.

Felis catus
Oh, no.We come behind you and slit your throat while you sleep. All jokes asides. We have run this over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and mother effing over. We don't have time to deal with noobies... You can surely understand why we're pissed. You probably even skipped over me saying over... That's exactly it!
Don't hate the player... Hate the game. They made it like this, not us
Hate the player. They're douchebags.
It's your right to watch the cutscenes as they're happening, if you care for the story.
Watch them, ignore the asshats and report abuse.
Not necessarily true, knowing SE, they expected people mostly to farm Primals and AK for the two tomes, the 200 for finishing the story was basically "welcome to end-game currency." It's the players who decided to turn these two in the toxic playground.
not our fault, we're intelligent players and do it the easiest and fastest way possible
I'd debate the intelligence part though since a lot seem to forget CM/PT are storyline dungeons and people will want to enjoy the story ;p If you do Wanderer's Palace and AK with the setups people are expecting for CM/PT you'd clear them pretty quick as well you just aren't guaranteed 100 each time, I assume the only reason people don't spam WP is because of 4 man requirement but will AK cuz it's the only high return on Myth. Otherwise SE did give us numerous ways and more than likely expected people to do those rather than spam the two storyline dungeons.
So we're definitely going to see a change and as usual the community will react in the worst possible way when said change come. :\
