OK, I figure I best learn this now as I'm 45 SMN approaching 50. I just received my level 45 AF gear & I'm wondering if it's better than some gear I was already using. The gear in question is:

Current Hands:
INT+ 7 / Crit +10
Evokers:
INT+8 / Spell Speed +10

Current Legs:
INT+7 / Crit +7 / Spell Speed +10
Evokers:
INT+12

Current Shoes:
INT+4 / Crit+5 / Spell Speed +5
Evokers: INT+8 / Spell Speed+10

Only slot I am wearing Evokers is Head because INT+8 & Crit+14 is better than what I was wearing (Battlemage Hat)

What I'm trying to figure out is if I'm supposed to ALWAYS go for higher INT or if I can skimp out on a few points of INT to gather Crits. When Fester Crits (which it does bare minimum every 1/5 casts) it's nice damage. But I'm not sure if I'm prioritizing correctly.

All in all, I'm carrying +91 Critical Hit & +70INT. Thanks for the help.
