Having trouble getting into this one, it seems. In the past four days, I've either had real life get in the way, or the Duty Finder defeats me. My friends keep wanting me to do things, and today I was asked by my grandmother while I was 40 minutes into a queue to go pick up dinner in town. Bleh.

Normally, I wouldn't care, but you have to do Brayflox to advance the story (Why you have to fight a green dragon for a smelly piece of cheese, I'll never understand) so I'm stuck.

What's a Black Mage to do? Not enough frontliners and medics, it seems.

I hated that point in the story. "No, no, it's okay, a primal is attacking but it'll wait till we get the cheese."

Play a tank

I occasionally just randomly queue up to heal it for people, but that doesn't mean we are in the same group of servers since I never bothered keeping track which server cluster were put together.

Find a tank or healer to queue with. That place is very unfriendly to bad players so not many people like it.

Haven't hit this point in the story yet and really not looking forward to it. I am not a fan of the dungeons anyway, but this one from what I have been reading isn't the most appealing I hear you about RL. Finding even just an hour to play lately is impossible!

Sorry you are having so much trouble getting into this dungeon It's actually one of my absolute favorites! I love the battlemage gear ^-^

But you should try to find a helpful LS or FC and see if anyone can help you out that way!! I find my FC is absolutely indispensable in situations like this and it usually more fun going with people you are going to get to see again on a regular basis (at least it is for me).

Its difficult, it stalled my boyfriend (tank) and I (sch) nearly a week before we decided to attempt it again; (mind we got gear upgrades and class skills during that time). the last boss is the one thats the challenge. Eorzea-source.com Brayfloxs Longstop does help a little to get you aware. Besides that, try to get a tank that has done it before...first attempt we wiped on the last boss 6-8 times before the party fell apart b/c outta time; second time we ran it with minimal issues. use food buffs, level to its cap (or past) will also help too.
