    Didn't see the timestamped version of the pic, but from the achievements it's obvious that some sort of exploit using Levequests was used there.

    Edit: And as it seems the user started doing it at level 20, it involves the triple turn-in levequests.

    And se wont do anything for months.. this explains the mass lvl 50 crafter out of no where.. stupid hacks stupid SE for not even doing anything for what a month now atleast for the teleporting botters.
