90000 Disconnects and can't log back in for 2 minutes due to 3102

Seriously annoying. As if it isn't bad enough that the servers are unstable and we get 90K disconnects in the middle of instances, to then not be able to rejoin for a couple of minutes just rubs salt into the wounds.

It's not me. It's not my network causing it. My g/f sits right next to me playing FF14 as well. She'll disconnect and I won't and keep playing like nothing has happened. I'll disconnect and she won't and she keeps playing normally. Network logs on local PCs show no network adaptor resets (ie. the PCs remained connected to local network at all times).

So, the disconnects are server-side, and then we can't get back in for a couple of minutes due to the 3102 error message, which means that half the time people just quit instances 'cos people think you quit.

It needs to be fixed.
