    Is it possible to join a restricted server?

    Like for example if I am on the game and the servers update every 3mins and I see the world I want to join is open but On the official site they have it listed as character creation restriction .

    So is it possible or no ?

    Character restrictions are managed on a rolling basis based on current load. The website is only updating that list every 4 hours. So go by what the in game list says, not by the website.
