    I need help, someone please.. anyone.. GM.. yoshi, idk anyone lol >_>

    I have a major issue.. about 2 weeks ago, when came time to purchase another month of game time, to continue my veteran rewards and continue playing the game, as i went on the site to buy the time, it would not accept my payment, did not give me any kind of reason why, nor did it say anything what so ever.. so i tried.. and tried.. and tried again and again, 3 different major credit cards later and a paypal, i was stuck, i do not understand why SE will not accept my money? I tried calling the customer service for xiv, and was completely in "awhh" when they told me that each time I put in my CC info, it added in 24 hour lockdown on y account? they told me i must of messed up on my end.. but... i do not mess up on putting in my own CC information anywhere... and PLUS if i did mess it up at all, it would stop me and say "hey, you messed up because something here is not right we can not let it pass" so, i supposibly have a lock down on my account in which i can not buy the game time from SE for 15 days now.., when i asked them if they could please remove the lockdown, i just want to pay for the game and continue to play, they said to me that they cant do that, because it is an automatic system it cant be overridden? I dont understand.. square enix creates a system, that locks out paying customers, then does not say anything to them, leaves them in the dark completely, then on top of all of this, I cant even give them my money to pay for the game time to continue to play? i was told to use ultimate game pay that they can most likely push my CC through and i can play, so.. i tried that.. they told me to purchase a gametime card from gamestop.. once again.. extra... since gamestop is like 2 hrs away? and i have these major CC's that im just trying to purchase gametime with.. so i go to a referred site to purchase a gametime card #, in which i can use to enter in the mog site and get my gametime going.. and its been 2 days nonstop of me calling and pleading everywhere and STILL no one will help me.. i bought over 4 gametime cards, but yet they do not send me a number, they dont do the verification call, they DO NOT DO ANYTHING! to help me.. Im just trying to play the game.. why is it that square enix made this so different and difficult? I just wanted to pay for another month of gameplay.. continue my veteran rewards.. and have my fun enjoying the game.. BUT NOW, i lost my vet reward and have to restart them, i can not use the world transfer because i have not been able for almost 3 damn weeks to buy game time and the customer service reps just basically told me, tuff luck, not go f**k off? Why does SE not want my money? I dont understand why it is such a hassle to play the game, when just last month when we had the 1st payments, you took my money with ease, now this? Not only have i lost all hope in the game, and the customer service, but in square enix as well... you guys truly have shown me that you could give 2 craps about the customer.. by not helping me for over 3 weeks, ive lost my chance to move servers, my cool looking flying mount eye thingy! everything >_> so i guess.. im asking is this.. can someone please? help me out.. before i ust delete the god damn game, and you can just forgot about getting my money.. and stop trying to blame it on the banks and the CC's... because i called all of them, and everything is fine on there ends...-.- so please... someone.. seriously.. f**king help me out... thank you sigh, yours truly, A very disappointed Paying (or trying to pay anyways..) customer..

    Try using ultimate gamecard, that might be a better choice. just buy numerous of those and put them in.. its crap, but it works. Alternatively, wait the 15 days then, use paypal to buy crystal instead of gametime, then use the crysta.

    This is how I do it.
    #1) Log in to account management
    #2) Click the Square Enix Account Settings menu then click Add Crysta
    #3) Specify amount 1,300
    #4) Select UltimatePay then Next
    #5) Choose the PayPal Tab at top of window and click the Check Out with PayPal Logo
    #6) Login into my PayPal account and accept.
    #7) Verify your payment method is set to Crysta.
    #8) If paying or reactivating, while on your service account select Subscription Services and choose Crysta as the payment method and follow the prompts.

    I think that should do it without even using a credit card.
    But maybe there are certain country restrictions Im not aware of, if so Im sorry

    Your email should have info from them as to why your account was locked and payment denied. Check your spam filter in your email account. Be sure you did not do a cancellation or charge back when you switched cards. If you are trying multiple cards in a short period, it may appear to SE that you are trying to use stolen cards. But yes paying with crysta is an option with Ebojager's steps.

    ive done tried everything mentioned here already.. none of it works the site just will not accept anything..at all literallly. I find it disturbing that SE makes us pay for a game and they dont even have everything on there end operating correctly they need to make the damn game free if this is the case bcz im ready to quit along with hundreds others.. my email has nothing as well the only emaill i got was saying my account is off due to lack of funds 3 weeks ago but that is it, i got nothing for the locked up thing, i only ever found out i was locked after the csr told me then saying they cant do anything about it -.- if i dnt get help im just quitting i REFUSE to give my money to anyone wh can give 2 shits about assisting.. ty for replys though, funny how no one from SE replied though..

    Is it more that your account is locked versus invalid payment options? I cant see why the Paypal method would also fail...
    Is creating a new service account an option? If your level 4, it might not be too bad to start over. I know thats not right to have to do that but since SE is not helping??? Then use maybe a new email along with the Crysta/PayPal method.
    Hopefully someone from Square-Enix will escalate your request for help.

    no this is an old alt before i made my real char, my main is 50 pld relic +1 full DL gear and some allagon.. the account has been placed on lockdown, they say it was bcz my CC information wasnt valid but that was complete lie.. i checked the banks and all are fine, plus, it was 3 major CC's 1 in which i have another account on and i used last month to put my game active in the 1st place, there shit is messed up and they tried blaming me.. such a surprise, so im locked out for 15 days, paypal will not work, no clue why but it will not do it, nor will ult gamepay.. SE really has screwed the pooch here.... seriously.. make the game free until u guys get your shit together... god damn -.-

    I remember something like that happening to me on FFXI where they wouldn't let me use the same credit card once it said it was no good, even though it was good, but I think that was when it needed to be a verified with visa card or something crazy.
    Thats crazy that the same card worked on another account They should give you some kind of help. I sure hope they figure out their customer service issues quickly before everyone just quits.

    im ready to just quit and i know like 10 others going thru the same thing there all gonna be quitting as well... and ill encourage any and everyone to do the same thing, make SE start listening to the customers... we are the ones who make there game, and pay there bills, ignoring us will not be something taken lightly -.-
