I have a major issue.. about 2 weeks ago, when came time to purchase another month of game time, to continue my veteran rewards and continue playing the game, as i went on the site to buy the time, it would not accept my payment, did not give me any kind of reason why, nor did it say anything what so ever.. so i tried.. and tried.. and tried again and again, 3 different major credit cards later and a paypal, i was stuck, i do not understand why SE will not accept my money? I tried calling the customer service for xiv, and was completely in "awhh" when they told me that each time I put in my CC info, it added in 24 hour lockdown on y account? they told me i must of messed up on my end.. but... i do not mess up on putting in my own CC information anywhere... and PLUS if i did mess it up at all, it would stop me and say "hey, you messed up because something here is not right we can not let it pass" so, i supposibly have a lock down on my account in which i can not buy the game time from SE for 15 days now.., when i asked them if they could please remove the lockdown, i just want to pay for the game and continue to play, they said to me that they cant do that, because it is an automatic system it cant be overridden? I dont understand.. square enix creates a system, that locks out paying customers, then does not say anything to them, leaves them in the dark completely, then on top of all of this, I cant even give them my money to pay for the game time to continue to play? i was told to use ultimate game pay that they can most likely push my CC through and i can play, so.. i tried that.. they told me to purchase a gametime card from gamestop.. once again.. extra... since gamestop is like 2 hrs away? and i have these major CC's that im just trying to purchase gametime with.. so i go to a referred site to purchase a gametime card #, in which i can use to enter in the mog site and get my gametime going.. and its been 2 days nonstop of me calling and pleading everywhere and STILL no one will help me.. i bought over 4 gametime cards, but yet they do not send me a number, they dont do the verification call, they DO NOT DO ANYTHING! to help me.. Im just trying to play the game.. why is it that square enix made this so different and difficult? I just wanted to pay for another month of gameplay.. continue my veteran rewards.. and have my fun enjoying the game.. BUT NOW, i lost my vet reward and have to restart them, i can not use the world transfer because i have not been able for almost 3 damn weeks to buy game time and the customer service reps just basically told me, tuff luck, not go f**k off? Why does SE not want my money? I dont understand why it is such a hassle to play the game, when just last month when we had the 1st payments, you took my money with ease, now this? Not only have i lost all hope in the game, and the customer service, but in square enix as well... you guys truly have shown me that you could give 2 craps about the customer.. by not helping me for over 3 weeks, ive lost my chance to move servers, my cool looking flying mount eye thingy! everything >_> so i guess.. im asking is this.. can someone please? help me out.. before i ust delete the god damn game, and you can just forgot about getting my money.. and stop trying to blame it on the banks and the CC's... because i called all of them, and everything is fine on there ends...-.- so please... someone.. seriously.. f**king help me out... thank you sigh, yours truly, A very disappointed Paying (or trying to pay anyways..) customer..
