Don't put in a kick mode because people can be mean? So the other night, we were pugging one dps spot for CM runs, we get a monk, who follows us around, but will not touch any mobs, and will just get in past the purple line and wont move. He leeched the entire time because there is no vote kick. So tell me how is that fair? Its not. One person ruins it for everyone. Not putting in a vote kick because people can be mean is the lamest reason I have ever seen. SE can't add it in soon enough for my tastes.

I think someone needs to stand up for the undergeared and less talanted.

I have no problem with helping a new player learn the fight. I have no problem with giving advice on their gear (if they can easily replace it on the market), but the instant they talk back or make excuses, they are no longer worth my time (or anyone elses in the group) and should be removed if they refuse to learn, or fix their problems.
