There will be the gear rating system anyway so being undergeared will prevent ppl from getting into some content to begin with, let alone be vote kicked for it.

This is a more positive way to fix vastly undergeard players in instances where it will save someone from the pain of a boot / kick and allow others to be able to accomplish thier goals. The rating will probably be set at a minimum level of what is needed to complete the dungeon. I have no doubt there will be others who feel that is too low also.

Its fixes like this that should be embraced, and NOT a boot / kick system.
