To Tenkiei, you already have a feature, its called leave duty finder at start of a run if you dont like someones gear. That is not a legitiment reason to kick someone and is a perfect example of why there should NOT be a boot / kick system. If you do not want to run with people who are geared to your liking, then find friends, why would you want to kick people who are trying to gear up in duty finder without friends?

False, if someone is clearly under geared for something then why shouldn't we as a group decide that in order to complete said instance that they need to be removed? For example Titan HM if somebody comes in full AF gear with level 38 accessories, why should we as a group have to carry them if we are all full dark light? Why not kick them since they won't be able to contribute nearly as much as we'd like them to?

To neverendingxsin: I have ran titan probably 50+ times pug. I have never seen a single person undergeard as poorly as you suggest, the least geared I have seen someone is AK gear. Those people got past guaruda and so as you move up the content, less people you will find like that. if someone comes into your titan undergeared its less then 1% of the time. The problem with titan is people need to practice thier dodging, and duty finder titan is a great place for them to practice, they shouldnt be booted for not being perfect.

Also you cannot add new members to titan HM either and if you could, I have no doubt people would kick and boot people who make mistakes instead of helping them.

When I want to run with geared people, I do just that, but queuing for duty finder shouldn't mean accepting people who are clearly NOT up to gear par for the content, will I refuse to run with someone who has HQ Prerelic and AF for AK? No. AK more or less requires an il55 weap, however when the healer is unable to heal demon wall because his gear is so abysmal (L20 jewlery, a L40 weap, etc) then yes I should have the right to remove him and NOT have to face a penalty myself for someone else being too lazy to pull their weight.

That sounds more like SE needs to make some gear prereqs to get into dungeons, not a Duty Finder kick issue. People abuse everything and they will abuse that too.
