You can just use Duty Finder and ignore those people shouting for speed run with Relic weapon.
I'm sure you can use AF armer and ilv 50 weapon for CM, and I don't think many group in DF will do the skip all trash mobs run in AK.

What kind of backwards thinking leads to this kind of post? You really expect to be rewarded for mediocrity/being bad that much? This is just extreme laziness expressed by the OP.
If anything, fast dungeon runs should grant bonus Tomestones (just like how you get bonus XP for bringing first-timers and not wiping) and extended runs should yield considerably less. Speed = skill = speed, and should be rewarded as such. Endurance in video games is measured by how long you can survive against impossible odds, not how long you can AFK in an instance to inflate an artificial timer. A survival mode dungeon may be an interesting concept. What you proposed would not be.
I would like to see an adaptation of WoW's challenge modes with three tiers of awards based on the speed of your completion (Gold, Silver, Bronze) so that new players can better gauge their skill and game knowledge objectively instead of creating their own definition of what it means to be a good player, burying their heads in the sand and posting dribble like this.
OP: I'm sorry you don't enjoy doing things quickly and efficiently, but there are those of us that do. Speed running is a staple of the video game genre, it isn't going away just because you dislike it.
and as far as your last comment goes....how dare those damned people join your in progress dungeons and help you finish your dungeon! I guess you like AFKing in CM already though so I guess that comment shouldn't surprise me.

I can not, for the life of me, comprehend why people would want to run content slowly on purpose, or why they should be rewarded for it if they do.
CM - 150 philosophy @ 70 minutes completion time
Praetorium - 200 philosophy @ 90 minutes completion time
AK - ~120 philosophy and 60 mythology @ 60 minutes completion time (philosophy based on time mark @ each boss)
But you can beat them more than once within those times, which net you more than double tomes in some cases. There would be no real incentive for those experienced in the current speedruns.
I think it should be more than just a speedy completion:
CM - < 25 mins and no deaths = 130 tomes
Praetorium < 25 mins and no deaths = 130 tomes
AK < 30 mins and no deaths = 110 tomes
Make it both challenging and rewarding. Everybody has to be on point and can't screw up. They should also reward people who have run a dungeon before with more tomes if they are guiding new players through it if the new player agrees to it a the end of the run....so no being jerks to new players running CM for the first time.
