Same issue, started at same time. Talked to my ISP and nothing on their end. Did every other fix I got suggested and nothing helped. This issue is real, and what more it got really bad simoultaneously for a lot of people. I had no issues in 1.0, alpha, beta, launch.

It gets worse on peak times but it have persisted practically all time of the day the last week.
