Okay my account, ran out today. I went to the Square Enix, account web site. Went there to pay, my account feed. When I got there, I saw information about activating my account. Info says I will be charged, minimum of $1. Continuing on, it will ask for payment type. After you enter the type of payment, it asks for your credit card information. My problem is, giving anybody my credit info for nothing. No where before entering credit card information, does any thing state amount. $1 minimum is the closest thing. I cannot rightfully pay for something, with out amount of purchase. I will be willing to pay, the $1 minimum. Please tell me where, and I will gladly activate my account. In the future it is a good idea, when selling something. You tell your customer, how much what you offer costs.

The point is, I should not have to look. When my credit card information is entered, I want to see the price. Every other company, I have ever purchased anything from does. What makes Square Enix different? They must not believe in it, or don't want you to see it. Makes me scared to give them my information. Makes me think they are committing fraud or something. Scares me away, from using their services.

Oh yeah I might add. There are people talking about this type of thing, "How to protect yourself, from internet fraud." all over the internet. Never purchase anything, without clear information of what you are purchasing. Never purchase anything from a secondary website. There's more, look it up.

My feedback here is, update service site with clear pricing options, amount of purchase, and also price of any other service offered. This clearly is not the case, most importantly not trustworthy. I hope to see the change soon, as I am a Final Fantasy player and fan. Good luck!

I agree with you, It bugged me too when the final price of subscription wasnt summarized for me at the end of the transaction. Just things that make you go " hmmmmm......."
