rank 40 weapon requires 30 minimum, but id suggest 35 to make it so you dont fail the repair a bunch

So if you want to trade that damaged weapon, you'd better rank a Crafting Class to 30, or find a rank 30 crafter to fix it for you before you can trade it!?

How ridiculous does this sound to you? Really?

I'd rather like to be able to just say "here you go." /trade.
