Trading damaged items.

did you try asking people for repairs?
what kind of item was it? what material? what rank?

being at a camp is the WORST place to try and get repairs sometimes

if you are in town and cant get repairs you arent trying hard enough or at all

At camps there are usually a lot of crafters, especially Horizon.

I think people should be able to trade items which aren't 100%, I mean, what's the problem with it? It's not like the other person can't get it fixed when they need to use it next can they?

Entirely agreed. At the very least they should be sellable/tradeable at 75% condition, i-e the level at which NPC repairs damaged items.
