Experiencing huge lags? 90k error?(please read this.. CAN be useful for you)

First.. sorry for my bad english(i'm portuguese).I have a char on Excalibur(Legacy/NA) server. Since the release,i'm experiencing a VERY BAD latency( my char can't even move anymore)and if pass 5-10 minutes on, i get error 90k

Now read this.... i made a char in EVERY SERVER(yes.. ALL SERVERS NA/EU/JP) and i noticed in thoses servers my internet conection is AMAZING! i'm not the only with that problem some of my friends i told the same thing...create a char in all servers and test your latency... and their told in all servers EVEN IN JP SERVER the conection is AMAZING! some peoples says the problem is in my internet conection... ok so ready this.

-ALL JP SERVERS AWESOME CONECTION
-ALL EU/NA(no legacy) AWESOME CONECTION
- I can watch any movie or youtube in FULL HD mode+other game open without issues
- Games tested with my internet conection and is all ok>> DIABLO 3,TERA ONLINE,RAGNAROK,GUILD WARS 2,CRYSIS 3,ATLANTICA ONLINE,LEAGUE OF LEGENDS,WORLD OF WARCRAFT(need say more)

what do you guys think about this? is my internet conection? today it ried to play but still impossible for me(only in excalibur). some peoples will say
" ah here in excalibur my conection is ok"but remember... i'm not the only with this problem! i already reply a lot of Thread of peoples with this same problem.

what i can do? wait for the free transfere server service and be happy ^^

if some1 is experiencing any latency etc try do 2 things.

- create at least a char in any JP server and one char in a EU/NA server if NA try goblin server... (have the best latency and i'm moving for goblin).

-after that you can test your latency using the skill for RUN or check the latency atacking monsters( i tested with it)

please post your results here and yes... we can discuss about any issues here too.

but please don't say is my internet conection because in ALL OTHER GAMES and in ALL OTHER SERVERS in FF my conection is amazing.(i'm not ignorant)
