US/West Coast Ridiculous Duty Finder lag.

It's roughly 6:30PM on the west coast here in California. My Free Company is trying to do titan and everyone (located in USA, Some central, East, and West coast) are all experiencing a straight up ridiculous amount of lag in Titan, and any other 8 player duty we try to do. This has been consistent during this timeframe for the last two weeks. Is SE going to address this issue? our Company can't progress with this ludicrous amount of lag we all are getting from the server side.
