    Please help!! Wrong subscription fee chosen.

    Last night I went ahead and set up service to continue and meant to choose 3 months instead of 6. For some reason I selected 180 days, I think because there were 3 subscription offers and I thought each was 1 month, 2 month, or 3 month since the veteran awards cover 1, 2, and 3 months currently. Therefor I blindingly thought I was selecting 3 month without paying attention to 180 days being 6 months. I understand that if you're already into the subscription period SE won't do refunds, but I'm still in the 90 day period obviously, so a refund should be possible.

    I just noticed that today and went to correct it by changing to 90 days, but no confirmation of getting money back on card and it still shows veteran rewards level 4. I won't have enough money to pay for important medical/health related things that extra money on my card was for without getting that back. Do I have to contact SE? Or is there a way from the MogStation/SE account?

    Yeah, I noticed earlier an option for email or live chat support, so I'm waiting for tomorrow since support not available on weekends.
