Well for Paladins it makes sense, you join the Sultansworn so you wear their uniform can't vouch for the other jobs though. It doesn't really bother me was like that for years on WoW and even with transmog in that game most people still manage to look the same...

Vanity slots won't fix anything, most FF fans will run around in their AF.

No, shocking notion, but when the gear progression is the same for everyone, everyone is going look largely the same. They should have added a lot more content with a lot more gear options.

Your argument doesn't support vanity slots, your argument supports being able to dye everything (so what if a paladin wants to have a red surcoat, really).

They need more gear options besides the cookie cutter stuff.

Vanity might help a little but I think instead they should give us more options for good gear...

My monk looks different than most whom enter dungeons. There are options out there.
