Cross class ability

Hi, I went down the monk line so I have a 32 pug and 15 lancer atm, and I saw the archer had some cross class abilities that I'd like to unlock.

However, I've gotten my archer to 10 now and I still can't seem to use any of the cross class abilities. The only one I can view is the lancer abilities when I'm in my pugilist class.

I'm pretty sure I was able to use lancer abilities on my pug before my lancer was level 10, so I'm wondering why I can't use archer abilities. The only thing I could think of was that I might have to get archer to level 15 so it's on par with lancer? When will i be able to use the archer abilities with my pug is basically what I'm asking.

Once you advance your Job, you may only use skills from specified classes.

Basic classes can cross-class many abilities.
Jobs cannot.

As a level 30+ PUG, you are now in the MONK job. Monks can only use skills from Lancer and Marauder.
