DEVS - Please allow cutscenes to not even be loaded/auto-skipped

PC players can't see the online ID, only PS3 players can see who's on PS3. Nobody will ever be able to tell if you're on PS3 unless you tell them.

If this is true for PC players not being able to see online IDs - my mistake. However, that doesn't mean they won't kick you out of the party for loading in slow as soon as the instance starts or shouting "Prae speedrun, no PS3! We want to beat this in 20 minutes!"

Why do you choose to associate yourself with people like that? I've never seen a shout like that or experienced anyone calling me out on being a tiny bit slow etc so I really think you're making a huge deal out of something relatively small. Yes it would be nice for quicker loading times but PS4 will be a huge step up in that sense.

I agree with the no cutscenes completely but I really think you're blowing it out of proportion and doing so makes it appear like another whiner trying to make a difference. SE are more likely to ignore threads that do that.

I'm with this idea. After seeing the cutscenes once, I'd rather they didn't play again, so then that way The dungeon run is one smooth instance. In fact, why not have that as a option prior to starting the dungeon. Something like a little message that says 'This dungeon has cutscenes,would you like to turn them off?'

I guess the OP never had to farm a few thousand tomestones for their gear. Cut scenes get old really fast.

How am I blowing it out of proportion? Almost every random group in my server that I have joined via shouts always end up saying something like "Oh PS3 player slowing us down, kick him after this is done" or something similar. I have a bunch of friends on PS3 who also have been subjected to things such as these. I'm not whining or blaming PC people - I just want an option to skip cutscenes entirely (to where they don't load) so that these unnecessary qualms can be irrelevant.

I've never seen 1, but I don't advertise the fact I'm on PS3. People with older HDD's on PC would easily have the same issues so it's not exclusively PS3 issues, more people not having leet PC's and being excluded.

Like I said, I agree with the idea however I think if you want it to be heard giving the reason that the community is hateful isn't going to work. SE know that a certain part of the community dislike PS3 users, but this idea is good enough on it's own and even PC players will agree they become tedious after the first few. There's no need to limit it to PS3 limitations that are barely even existent other than in peoples heads.

All I know is, slow loading times are ostracizing the playerbase (primarily PS3 users from average/fast PC users) and adding this option will help alleviate some of, if not all of it.

I love the cut scenes and believe they should be enjoyed by all.
However, after the 100th time I can understand not wanting to see it all. Perhaps an option when starting dungeon to disable all cut-scenes for that instant would be good. (Perhaps even put it on the Duty Finder's options).

That being said, even if I could skip a CS, and even if I did not want to see the CS, I would not party with people who shout like that. They do not seem to be fun or sociable at all. I would rather put up with 'skipping slowly' the CS and go with sociable people than go with 'gotta-have-it-now-now-now-save-20-seconds-arrrrrrr' people ^^;

(Remember, this argument is not about not being able to skip CS... one can.. its about saving an extra 1-3 minutes on a dungeon run where speed is not directly rewarded).

Let me kill your entire argument right here.

1) Yes it is ostricizing the playerbase, one group can truly speedrun and the other cant. That is a problem right there regardless of how harsh players are. PC players get priority in speedruns. Simple as that.

2) Yes, you can see who is on PS3 - They have an Online ID at the bottom when you examine them. This allows PC players to cut out PS3 players before even going in an instance.

And yet you are still wrong, it takes maybe 3-5 seconds to load on PS3, it does not slow down, hinder, or stop in anyway PC players or speed runs, the argument is stupid. We don't need anymore reasons for PS3 hate. we still have idiots thinking PS3 players "bring them down" unless waiting a few extra seconds is somehow very painful. There is no reason to exclude PS3 players for any reason unless you simply think you are better then people.
