Monks: Twin Snakes vs. True Strike

Just wondering if anyone has opinions or guidelines on when to follow up Bootshine with one or the other, apart from location/direction of course. I kind of alternate in my rotations but I never really know which to use.

Twin Strikes gives a 10% damage buff to all your other attacks. This makes it essential.
Unless you have enough skill speed, that buff will drop if you try to fit True Strike in which results in an overall dps loss.
Theoretically, you should always prioritize the Twin Strike buff.

You have to be quite well geared at 50 to get to the point of fitting True Strike in for a dps increase.
For highest dps, you should only use True Strike for now. For practice of the more advanced rotation, alternate True Strike and Twin snakes every cycle.
Using two twin snakes in a row is fine and is actually a dps increase for you (not a huge difference though).
Never use two true strikes in a row.

    Hope that helps.

EDIT: And by row, I mean the following cycle of the three stances.
