trying to subscribe $1 charge

While trying to subscribe to the game, I picked entry and entered my cc. In my bank account is a $1 charge to square enix but I cant log into the game or anything. So I go back and try to subscribe again, a second $1 charge is in my account. Still cant log in. Anyone know anything about this or how to fix it?

Same thing here. Unfortunately I here you have to pay for crysta. Buy crysta. Then use it for the subscription. Credit cards don't seem to work. I checked my card it says something is pending on my card. Might be the subscription. But just incase it's slow on billing id wait a day.

Just a heads up that crysta is not required. My card worked fine. Though I set up my billing info a month ago.

YOUR billing is working. Others are not. I tried 4 times. Not working. Probably paid for a whole year just trying to pay.

I got error trying to sub with card as well. Although buying crysta with card worked, and then i used the crysta to sub.

I did not have that problem. I just registered a payment type today and paid for subscription 30 days on the 14.99 selection. 8 Characters. Went through right away.
