Balmung here, east coast NA. Have been having large lag spikes since mid January and tonight constant error 90000 while doing Garuda extreme. Also excessive spikes but no DC in Amdapor Keep. Seeing packet loss testing to 199.91.189.74 and 199.91.189.33. Seeing responses in excess of 200ms coming from Level3's network (ae-5-5.car1.Montreal2.Level3.net [4.69.141.5].

Verizon fios boston Massachusetts area. Issues with packet loss from level 3 since post patch 2.1 fix your shit.

(Another lagging Finn here: ) I had similar problem today on Ultima fight, normally I can avoid the lasers, aethershot -thingy etc., but today for some reason I had a lot of graphical lag. Healing the tank with lustrate and by the time the skill goes off, the tank is dead. And it's not like I use the skill when the tank has less than 10% health. My skills take awhile to execute after pressing on the buttons. Fairy is in a coma, takes 5 seconds for her to wake up and realize that she's being yelled at.

I have a lot of latency issues, but never this bad. I usually can avoid plumes, eruptions etc. just by predicting.

I'm experiencing similar issues as well. For me it seems there is a router on the Level3 network in Montreal dropping packets. SE needs to have a conversation with their network provider.

SquareEnuix you need to fix this, youre going to lose all but your japanese cilents. It doesnt help reciving an email from the producer wishing us a happy new year and the fact he has finished most coil.. When most of us cant play to the standards of the game... May as well go back to World of Warcraft atlest I dont die from lag

That is how awesome this game is for australians, I have the very best NBN connection in australia (is Nothing better in my country) and even the forums lag. My ps3 is 3 weeks old and its wired... Really need to fix this or you will lose out to ESO and WoW

been having a lot of lag during evenings (finland here) since 2.16.
Before that I had no such problems except the first month after launch. Currently I need to 2sec pre-run from area effects to even survive.
I don't know what happened in 2.16 but I do like to have it fixed before 2.2 hits. This is getting on my way of getting weekly titan/ifrit kills.
