Also a sky customer on Odin server. Since the hot fix my lag and rubberbanding has been awful.

Their customer service has been very helpful and gone through the motions and it seems to be no problem this end. It's making even the simplest of fights like Titan HM unbearable..

Yes it did. Odd thing though as I mentioned is my wife uses the exact same connection as me with no issues and can log in to her account on my computer with no issues either. I however have the lag no matter which computer I use.

EU player I get serious lag in and round RT and shockingly bad lag when in dungeons it's unplayable. My partner and I play on the same connection and the issue is the same. What's going on SE ?

I am also on Sky and my problem started around that date. Something has DEFINITELY changed for us and someone, Square or Sky, needs to sort it out.

I've had lag (rubberbanding) over this weekend, starting around friday night. I'm an EU player (not UK, though) on Phoenix, Chaos. My housemate has had minor lag in the game during the same time.

Im also a sky broadband customer in the UK and never had a problem with these horrendous lag spikes before the 13th Jan

Another Sky Broadband Customer and I aswell, since the 14th have been having these issues. It's making the game unplayable and the spikes you get in Dungeons are horrendous (honestly had one that lasted 5 minutes yesterday). You can, for the time being at least fix this with something like Battleping or a VPN, but you will have to pay for a VPN, unless you know someone who can help you with that. Battleping you can use with a free trial but the trial version will give you 90K errors about every 20 minutes as the trial version of Battleping disconnects and reconnects every 20 minutes.

Sky Fibre here, bad lag since 14th.Playing at bf's house on BT also same lag,daughter at Uni on talktalk finds it impossible to do dungeon due to lag.Unsubscribing by next fee due if not fixed.
