Character gone missing in-game and on Lodestone

As the title says, my character has gone missing. It's fine here and other SE sites. But I can't access the game or get on to the Lodestone site. I was planning on paying a subscription today (which is why I was signing in to the Lodestone site) but it tells me I have to make a character 1st. I already have a character. I have had FFXIV ARR since release and I've played it a fair bit. I don't know the cause for this and I don't know how to fix it. Been looking around and can't find an appropriate place to report the issue, so I'm doing it here.

SE, do me a favour and fix this. You won't get my money otherwise. And I'd like it done today. Characters shouldn't be going missing. If my missing character doesn't turn up, I won't be paying for a subscription to start again. The game will go in the bin.

Lol that cheered me up. This was the most suitable place I could find to get help. I noticed you didn't offer any helpful advice though so thanks for the time waster.

I found a way to get my account back on track. I'm a PS3 player so the way around isn't as simple as it is on PC. If the quality of help is as good is my friend above, then this shouldn't be called Technical Support. If your not an Admin, then mind your own business pal.

Players answers on technical support, mods, almost never, and especially not on bugs like these, as its more of a "send us a ticket, and we will fix it in two weeks time" sort of bug. Sure the guy above you is annoying, but dont worry, he is just a little flee on this forum, one of the trolls that you can find everywhere.

SE has a phone number that you can call for stuff like this, though the line is often pretty full, so expect maybe an hour of waiting, but stuff like this should be easy enough to fix, at least in my opinion ^^ (small rollback)

Yeah thanks Medura. I've noticed that a lot of the community are like our dear friend above. People who have serious attitude issues behind they're computer screens. It's quite tiring.

I got the problem fixed though. The issue was not being able to access the Lodestone in order to get access to the Mog station in order to pay for a subscription. You need a direct link which I couldn't find anywhere and that includes google. So it was quite frustrating. The PS3 provided me with the link the 2nd time I tried to log in (after making this thread). So issue solved. But SE should really fix these barriers that are thrown up for players aswell as no appropriate links to the Mogstation (from as far as I could see). If you don't have a subscription then your denied access to the Lodestone. Causing problems for people and not having information with an explanation and solutions attached. It's simple enough to do.

There are two loadstones. One is for legacy and the other arr. The legacy site is first in the Google search but is inactive. That's probably what you were trying to log in to.

No it was this Lodestone without a doubt. Like I said, it can't be Google searched. Or at least couldn't when I tried. Meaning the Mogstation. The Lodestone I already had bookmarked which was this 1. I have seen the other Lodestone and they're pretty different. You can see that at 1st glance.
