    Paid for subscription hasnt reactivated

    I paid for my subscription but for some reason when I try to log on it tells me that i need to pay and my account is inactive. It was billed to my credit card. Did it today. Boyfriend did it right before me and had no problems with his. Any ideas?

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
