That's because of the system that you get linked to through the Ultimate Pay option (playspan or other third party processing, it's not SE's coding). If you follow the links from that Ultimate Game Card site I linked to earlier, you may see even more options if you go the codes route.

Yeah, I realized this later.
As a Dutchy I am pretty happy with that option there though, I was just very surprised to actually see it.

I am aware ING, ABN-AMRO and Rabobank go way beyond the borders of our little country, yet iDeal can currently only be used with Dutch bank accounts.
Also with those from other internationals like RBS.

yeah they sure did after i complaint a hell of a lot about not having payment methods after they removed ClicknBuy :P
I don't think it's dutch only.. tho it is dutch , banks in our country extend far beyond our borders.. like ING and Rabobank who are worldwide.
I am not sure if IDeal cannot be used by other countries.

It's also not an option From SE but from Ultimatepay.
