The game has been hacked already ... sad ... "teleporting" farmers everywhere ...

Myself and many others have reported this already in game.

They were teleporting from one exact mob spawn location to the next without moving. They were doing it for hours. I was doing my best to foil their farming as I myself was trying to harvest diremites for the web. It's nearly impossible to beat them ...

This will ruin the game very fast if not fixed. I have not had any desire to play in days after hours of fighting with cheating such as this.

The gold sellers are like a rampant fire across all servers and now I know from first hand experience how they are earning the cash and in the process ruining the game for me personally because of the extremely limited areas to hunt diremites. There is not much that can be done other than a VERY active GM service that is on top of tickets and banning accounts AND learning how these guys are hacking YOUR(SE) server based service. Rather sad that its already been broken to such an extent that they are clearly taking advantage of game code that is probably only supposed to be used by developers.

Anyway ... I really do hope this is corrected soon.

there was mentioned a trick to open trade with them and wait till they died on the mobs.. i havent tried it myself.. but if it works i am going bothunting.

They are numerous on Leviathan as well. I tried the trade thing, but it didnt work, guy just continued on to the next mob. Im gonna need someone to convince me that they arent part of the SE team at this point, they hack this game to shreds with impunity. One particular bot-farmer on the diremites has been here for 50+ hrs, after being reported by atleast 10 people that I know of. GG SE!

Those of us on Balmung who seen them did the same as far as reporting went, but hours passed an they were still going at it ... almost like there are no GM's at all ... I fear for the health of this game. I dont see it last long if this is the best they can do to subvert the actions of hacking on a server based game ... rather depressing.

try over 1 week... i've personally reported the same person botting 3x and I still see him in the same spot every time.

Same here, I've reported several bots over the month I've played now, and there was no response in days regarding those. Haven't checked in the recent few days, but I'm pretty sure the reports are still without any sort of reply.

RMT spam reports get dealt with quickly enough, but the cheating reports just... seem to remain unnoticed. Where the heck are all the GMs to deal with the bot situation?

Despite the slowness in their job, it IS getting done. There are farmer characters/ gil spammers that have indeed been removed from the game. However, it takes time. Some players get results within a day (and never post about it), while others wait a week or longer. This lengthy time is due to the enormous amounts of reports coming in (not including multiple reports of the same thing). I'm also slightly upset with the time to wait but I deal with it and move onto something else while I wait.
