    I've got 601, but UltimatePay is also broken?

    Guys, I've been trying to subscribe for 2 days til now, with no luck.

    1) Credit cards declined due to error 601, and blocked for god-knows-how-long.

    2) Paypal through UltimatePay got declined without any further explanation. However, I can see a transaction record in PayPal showing the money has been transfered, but got rejected and returned right after.

    3) Bought a $50 UGC desperately, and tried UGC through UltimatePay, still got declined without any reason.

    I thought UGC would work according to the experience that ppl had in forum, but no luck for me. SE, fix this...

    some threads in there might be able to help you. For the UGC work around I think you have to call them.

    I myself am still waiting for a fix, I can't even try to buy crysta cause the option isn't there.

    All of this, from what I've gathered on my personal experience, is a region issue. My second account had no issue in setting up a subscription and the only difference in the two is the region I listed. Guam/The Americas = doesn't work; The United States/The Americas = worked with no problem. Really stupid too since last I checked Guam was still a US territory and part of the US for all billing purposes.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
