The current style auction house is pretty bad, bring back the FFXI style where we can only see the history. This will help stop people from undercutting as much as they currently are.

In a day you can see prices on certain items go from 3k per to 1k per due to people taking down items and re-listing them.

Also I think the tax we pay on an item should be charged upfront not when the item sells, this will also stop undercutting a bit.

Ummm... do you not understand how a free market works? I mean really, did you skip Economics Class that entire year? People will always buy the lowest price. If you want to sell your stuff, then you post the lowest price. If demand for a certain product increases, then the price offered will increase naturally through the lowest prices being bought up at such a rate as to cause the lowest price to rise faster than lower prices can be posted. If you want to sell at higher prices, find something that naturally sells at a higher price. DO. NOT. FUCK. WITH. A. FREE. MARKET. It works.
