Casual FC, does that even exist?

I've done endgame in FFXI since it released up to last year, did endgame in WoW from release till last year. Honestly, I'm flipping tired of end-game. Same shit, you group up with a bunch of people and giggle @4 friends who chat back and forth and kill some bosses. My question is, does a Casual FC even exist? My current LS is quite Social, but it lacks in that 400 people, a few will shout for help to let's say Garuda HM, but won't help me do Ifrit HM? Isn't the Logic help player X get to B part of the chain, so that we can do it together? I'm a fresh 50. And I want to run CM and get my darklight, I want to do Ifrit HM and get my sword. I want to do all these things, without being bound by a contract of "Meet at _______, every ______" I'm over that. My main is 50 PLD, working on my CM runs for Darklight and crossing fingers for Ifrit win for weapon. Any Free Companies out there, exclusively for lvl 50s, doing level 50 things?

So basically you're looking for an FC that does end-game raid content, but not at quite the level as say, a hardcore guild with strictly scheduled raid shifts does?

You may want to check us out, we may work for you - Pompoustophats.com. We're generally quite active from about 5pmest to 1am est (depending on the day of the week and whatnot,) though of course people get on outside of that schedule. While we definitely try to help out people with their content so they can progress, we're also putting concerted effort into running people through their relic quests, because everyone knows just how difficult it can be to get a good pug group for some of those steps (Looking at you, Titan!) Lots of CM/Prae/AK and whatnot too, because hell, when you get done with your darklight, tomes still can make you money.
