Question for lvl 50 Weavers

I was not able to consistently HQ twinthreads until I reached about 350craft/340control with about 317 CP (no food stats)

I am now able to pretty much 100% HQ from NQ at 362craft/348 control and 330CP (no food stats), if that gives you an idea of where you need to be.

HQ'ing 40/40 recipes is going to always be more difficult because you have to use manipulation after 2 touches, and hasty touch can still fail often even with SHII

Tricks of trade (extremely useful)
Steady Hand II (most important)
Ingenuity
Innovation
Byregots Blessing (finish quality gambit)

I used to go with rumination and then -> manipulation/waste not -> ingenuity to finish synths, but byregots blessing is far superior

at 40/40 you need to set it up so when you're at 30/40 you can SHII+Great Strides+Innovation+Ingenuity+byregots blessing (25+32+18+24+24=~123 CP, if im not mistaken, sorry its late and maintenence is going on). If you do this around 15-18% quality, you should reach 100%, with stacks of ingenuity left to finish your synth.

if you have 'good' quality after great strides or 'excellent' i would just go straight to byregots, because innovation is OK, but it only increases your BASE control, not the control bonuses stacked from inner quiet, its just good to have in there. Ingenuity helps on items higher level than you but its usually just to take out a synthesis step, so you can always just not use innovation and use ingenuity after byregots before your Careful Synth II.

you need: 50 WVR, 50 CRP, 50 GSM, 37 CUL, 15 all other classes except ARM

Level up other DoH classes and equip more cross-class skills.

This. The easiest thing to do to make HQ stuff at level 50 is to have shared abilities from other professions. Sadly, when my GF realized this after leveling up two professions I think she pretty much gave up doing any more. She works, doesn't have time, but it's the reality for making life a whole lot easier.

Innovation
Careful Synthesis II
Ingenuity I & II
Byregot's Blessing
Hasty Touch (builds stacks of Inner Quiet for zero cp)

There are a few others which help increase durability and/or CP (the more durability steps you can use for building stacks of Inner Quiet to release with Innovation/Great Strides/Ingenuity/Byregot's the better), but these above by themselves will give you a significant increase in quality.

The thing with craftsmanship to about 350 is it lets me do the progress of level 55, 40 durability synthesis in one step with Careful Synthesis II (the one star twinthreads, ores, spruce lumber). This frees up 10 durability to be used for one more stack of Inner Quiet. I literally went to at least 50% HQ combines when I got to this point, from maybe one in 7 or 8 combines prior.
