    Materia IV

    I have been searching for info everywhere and have not been able to find any so figured I would try here. What gear exactly do you need to convert to get tier iv materia? I have converted some ilvl 55 and still got 3 is it just a rare chance or needs to be ilvl 70?

    I know in the case of crafting materias you can get IV's from ilvl 55 items, but you're more likely to get a III. But there is no ilvl 70 for crafters so it's probably different for DoW/M.

    I luckily got a gatherers grasp's IV materia from converting a botanist jacket...I'm kinda sad that converting aetheryte rings nets you ice materia III...

    Simple fact is until they allow you to SB the HM primal weapons or AK/DL gear you wont be seeing any of those Lv4 materias. Maybe Crystal tower will introduce some more SB gear
