Can't subscribe to game

Unfortunately some countries' governments haven't approved Crysta for use as a virtual currency, so if your SE account is registered to an address in that country it will automatically prevent you from making a purchase with Crysta. This isn't SE's fault though - it's just one of those annoying things you can't do anything about (my own country, Australia, is one such country where Crysta is unavailable as a payment option for the game).

If you're trying to register a debit card or credit card and keep getting 'Code 601' errors, it's possible your browser blocking your card details from going through (specifically, if you're using Firefox with the Noscript browser, it will block a required security script from running - disabling Noscript or using another browser without this feature should work).

Otherwise I have no idea what the problem could be sadly.
