I've made my own. (Team Elite)<<Elite>> Based on the title - Looking for active committed players of all classes and levels to join our little home and to get through content!
(Currently looking for one Tank and one Dps till fill our static)

I'm currently making my way to 50 on Zalera as well, and hope to find a Free Company or linkshell group to tackle end game content with. I'm in the same boat as you: I would rather a smaller group of people familiar with each other than a huge group of strangers. Let me know if you find a such a FC or decide to start one!

I'm also looking for about the same, a smaller guild. got a late start on the server so I'm only lvl 40 now but I'll be 50 I'd say with in about a week, maybe over the weekend. I also have a good amount of experience in mmo's dating back to ultima online, so I too know to get out of the red. I have access to a vent server also if you guys wanted to start something of are own.
