There is actually set drops on each turn, there is no random on each floor. There are a confirmed 18 drops each from floors 1/2/4/5, none of these drops have been on multiple floors and anyone saying otherwise didn't read the item text right. There is nothing on turn 3 other than cheap potions that can be found on the ah for next to nothing, there is no secret hidden chests that have their own drop lists that are different than the rest.

If you look at this chart, I don't see any reason why none of this stuff cannot drop on Turn 3.
