    Crafting condition based on region you are crafting in?

    I craft alot but mostly in uldah. I've recently began crafting in Dragonhead and noticing that the condition of my crafts almost never changes from normal.

    They said they weren't adding anything like XI's crafting system had but I'm wondering if anyone has noticed the same thing I'm seeing.
