In order to deal with this guy you will have to just leave the instance every time you see him...otherwise he is going to keep doing it. If he/she learns that he will not gain anything...then maybe he/she will stop.

I'm a healer, so I generally don't worry too much about it. If I get an afk leecher, I drop and requeue (after 15, of course). The idea is that if fails to work frequently enough, they'll stop doing it instead of getting rewarded when a group has to carry them.

This doesn't happen to me. I stopped running Castrum a week after hitting 50 as a Pugilist. I suggest you stop running it, too.
