    So I guess I'm Technically banned for trying to pay to play. GG Mogstation Error 404

    So, the rumor is you get banned for 24 hours for 1 failed attempt, then 72 if you try again, and then 30 days for a third time. All for attempting to play the game. With the complete lack of customer support I cannot confirm this. And to me this is just utter crap. So now I have to wait 30 days before I can even attempt to pay for the sub? Will it work in 30 days? Who knows, how about Square just gets some REAL customer service. You guys have created a Amazing game. But you know what, without your customers this game would be a failure. Are we just supposed to accept that Square doesnt have customer service? Is something going to be done? Can someone PLEASE respond to any 1 of hundreds of threads I've seen with people having this same issue. And please dont tell us its not your fault its our banks problem. How about a real solution, something actually helpful. Or even a reply saying we understand and we are working to fix the issue. I have bought a 100$ game card that I cant refund...
