While not everyone from that area is a RMT, that's where majority come from. It sucks it happened to you, but hey; what other real solution is there to stop them?

But IP filtering doesn't effectively stop RMT, if they want to sell gold, they will, and they can. Like using VPN and etc.

Better filtersare needed, faster action. Better anti abuse systems that isn't ban.

What stops RMT's the most is gamers not using them at all, and ignoring their existence. In my opinion, you buy from them, then your name, accounts, and information is perm banned.
